WarmRaccoon: Using AI to Reconstruct the Boundaries of Knowledge Dissemination-A Phased Summary of the Project
When ChatGPT ignited the generative AI revolution in November 2022, our team was already thinking about a more humane proposition: how to truly transform technological breakthroughs into inclusive value. In the smoke of the Russian-Ukrainian war, we have witnessed the dilemma of knowledge dissemination in war-torn areas-this is not only a geographical barrier, but also a multiple barrier constructed by language, media form, and technology threshold. It is this kind of thinking that gave birth to the "warm Raccoon" project: an AI video generation platform that integrates long text analysis, multi-modal content production, and intelligent compilation.
Technical hard work: from proof of concept to full-stack breakthrough (2022.11-2023.11)
We chose one of the most challenging technology paths-to build an end-to-end intelligent video production pipeline. This not only requires overcoming core technologies such as natural language processing, speech synthesis, and cross-modal matching, but also realizes industrial-grade engineering integration.：
- The self-developed multi-modal content production engine compresses the traditional workflow that requires 8 professional positions (book summary, content editing, translation, dubbing, video editing, rendering, proofreading timeline, and platform operation) to minute-level processing.
- Innovative development of dynamic frame rate adjustment algorithm to perfectly solve the problem of speech speed and picture synchronization in multilingual versions
- Build a distributed rendering architecture to increase the efficiency of high-definition video generation by 300% compared with traditional tools, and the compression rate maintains the industry-leading image quality.
Product iteration: from functional stacking to ecological co-construction (2023.4-2024.1)
After the project was officially launched in April 2023, we have always practiced the product philosophy of "running fast in small steps and continuing to evolve".：
- -In August, the first full-process video was released. Although it was young, it verified the feasibility of the core path.
- -In November, the full-featured closed loop was completed, and the ability to generate versions in more than 30 languages was realized simultaneously.
- -Found key needs in user co-creation, reconstructed 11 discrete functional modules into a visualization workbench.
- -Develop an intelligent storyboard system that supports real-time two-way conversion of mind maps and video scripts.
Strategic upgrade: from technology verification to value creation (2024.1 to present)
Faced with the results of the video visualization of the complete knowledge of 52 books that have been achieved, we have made important strategic choices.：
- Take the initiative to suspend the output of its own content and turn to building a creator empowerment system
- Launched the industry's first open AI collaborative creation tool to support access by external content creators
Looking to the future, we will focus on two major directions：
- Build a decentralized content verification system to solve the copyright pain points of AI-generated works
- Marketing of integrated tools
This journey to warm the world with technology has just set sail. We believe that when knowledge breaks through all tangible and intangible boundaries and flows freely, human civilization will burst out with unprecedented creativity.
